Enerserve uses the information you submit to assess your commercial energy enquiry, respond to you and discuss a suitable scope of work. These forms are not marketing subscriptions. Home enquiries are used to respond about the services you selected. A UW Partner opportunity is only discussed if you separately selected that interest.
For commercial enquiries: your name, company, business email and the portfolio or project information you choose to provide. For home enquiries: your selected interests, name, contact details, postcode, property and heating information, optional usage and cost figures, preferred contact route and any notes you submit. Please do not submit account numbers, bank details, identity documents, medical information or confidential client information.
Enquiry information is sent to Enerserve through its configured email service or, where enabled, its GoHighLevel CRM. Hosting, email and CRM service providers process information to operate these services. This portable website does not retain a separate database of enquiries. Enquiries are not publicly displayed or sold. Where the Enerserve GoHighLevel CRM connection is configured, enquiry data and source/consent records are sent there for follow-up by the Enerserve team and its authorised service providers. Sending an enquiry does not submit a UW application or authorise an installer referral.
You can choose not to submit the form. If you submit an enquiry and later wish to access, correct or request deletion of your information, email info@enerserve.co.uk and quote your enquiry reference.
The optional home-review draft feature stores non-contact answers in this browser on this device only when you select Save. Contact details and permission choices are excluded. You can reload or delete the draft; clearing browser data also removes it. Selected campaign parameters in the page address are recorded with submitted home enquiries. This site does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies. The hosting platform may use essential access or security mechanisms.
This review version’s privacy information must be finalised with the contracting entity’s registered details, privacy contact, retention period and applicable lawful basis before public lead-generation campaigns begin.
